Hello People
How are you doing?
Been good?
Hope everything has been going very well with you.
I know I know, please permit me to be that child that will just give you a very tight hug after he/she knows they've been naughty.
I am sorry for not posting as often.
The reason is that I am learning to live/breathe/take things in their stride.

I have been planning a come back for a bit now, but I just never had the adequate words to write. But just I was getting about my day this morning, Colossians 2:10 just popped into my mind "So you also are complete through your union with Christ, who is the head over every ruler and authority."
New Living Translation

"Everything of God gets expressed in him (Christ), so you can see and hear him clearly. You don’t need a telescope, a microscope, or a horoscope to realize the fullness of Christ, and the emptiness of the universe without him. When you come to him, that fullness comes together for you, too. His power extends over everything."
The Message Bible

Without too much grammar, this verse just states that irrespective of how you and I feel and what is going on around you, you are complete in Christ.
What then does that word Complete mean?
According to the Merriam- Webster dictionary, it means "having all necessary parts, elements, or steps."
Does that make any sense?
Nothing completes you like Christ does and irrespective of what is going on around you, without Him you are empty.
In and with Him, you are whole/full/total. He is everything.

From issues as trivial as your secondary school crush not liking you back to other issues such as a career change, a relocation, a marriage, children, finance etc, they may shake you, but if you have Christ, they cannot, should not and will never empty you. As my Warri people put it, "them no reach".

Have you seen those Cocacola or 7 up trucks on the Lagos road, when the road is rough, they may shake in their crates but they will only get empty on that road if there is an accident and they end up falling off their crates and breaking.

Life can give you some potholes to navigate, which is fine.
Can shake you, which is okay.
But never allow it take all of you.
Never allow life take away the God in you.
Never allow life empty you.

Ladies and gentlemen, as you enjoy the rest of the week, my prayer for you is to be full of Christ.
Have a wonderful one.
Loads of love, hugs and kisses,
Miss Onakz...
